Editor Molecular Systems Biology (npg)
Dear colleague,
Molecular Systems Biology – jointly published by EMBO and Nature Publishing Group – has enjoyed tremendous success since its 2005 launch and is recognized as the premier journal in the fields of systems biology, synthetic biology and systems medicine. Thomas Lemberger, our in-house editor of Molecular Systems Biology, is extremely well connected in these fields, driving the continual development of the journal and growth in impact factor to the current 2008 level of 12.243*.
This success opens an opportunity for the recruitment of an additional editor for the journal to work closely with Thomas on all aspects of the editorial process including critically reading submitted research, organizing peer review, commissioning reviews, and developing journal content and editorial policies.
I invite you to forward this request for applications for the position to as many of your colleagues as you think may have interest in developing an editorial career on the staff of a successful journal.
To download the vacancy notice and job description, please visit either the EMBO or Molecular Systems Biology websites (url’s listed below):

I thank you for your assistance to recruit this urgently needed editorial support for the journal,
